Who invests in Marrakech?

In full expansion, the real estate in Morocco attracts more and more the foreigners. In this direction, it should be recalled that one of the main advantages of the real investment in Morocco is relating to the generous climate of the country.

The increase of the residential or professional real estate in Morocco is in addition almost general in all the country. According to Office of the High Commission in Plan (HCP), the ochre city positions the first of the real estate. Indeed, Marrakech takes the first place followed by the other cities : Fès, Settat, Agadir and Essaouira.

If the fact of investing in the real estate in Morocco is tempting, the large majority of the candidates to the purchase seeks above all the products of quality in one of the beautiful cities of the Kingdom to run happy days under the sun. The pearl of the south “Marrakech” is placed under the projectors, remained in the shade, the other cities of the country profited from the experience of Marrakech to launch out great projects which allow them to attract new inhabitants while preserving the local cultural identities.
